The Project Mapa da Mina, created in 2012, as a result of a partnership between the Caburé Insurance and MetLife Insurance which aims at recruitment, selection and training of new Agents and Brokers of Life Insurance, is emerging as a successful case.
Being in its eleventh stage, it has trained and qualified more than 350 people and went through 4 states and 7 cities.
For the year 2013, the goal is to train and qualify about 1,500 people through the Mapa da Mina Project, reaching 12 states and 23 cities in Brazil, generating increasing learning opportunities , knowledge specializing and realization of new business in the area of Personal Insurance .
