On May 11 and 12, 2011, in São Paulo, the Corporate Officers of the Operation / Production, Commercial / Business and Finance / Investments areas of the Caburé Group were present at the Family Business Course, organized by the HSM Special Management Program, where Dr. John Ward, one of the world’s leading authorities in family business management, founder and Director of the Family Business Consulting Group and Professor and Director of the Entrepreneurship Center at the Kellogg School of Management (USA) and the illustrious Dr. Stephanie Brum de Pontet, who specializes in family business consulting, Executive Director of the Family Business Advisor, and teaches Business Management at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
With a deepening in Corporate Governance issues, the Caburé Group created and has been developing the formalization of the structuring of its Family Council, with the intention of giving continuity, with prosperity, to the operations of its organization, which in this 1/07/2011, complete 48 years of full activities.
