The concept of “Quality of Life” has no easy definition for current medicine. Why?
Simply the fact that human beings are different.
What is “quality of life” for one, is not necessarily to the other. But certainly be happy, for everyone, is to have “Quality of Positive Living”.

So if you want to live happy, try to be aware of these five pillars of happiness:

– Healthy eating
– Regular physical activity
– Social inclusion
– Emotional health
– Beware of the disease

Always try to give a positive meaning to life the way it is right now for you and try to improve it wherever possible.
Keep the ability to vibrate and be moved by your achievements, the next the people and of humanity as a whole.
Contribute any way you can for human development and live as much time as possible close to who you like, always acting for good.
This way, every human being can achieve “Living with Positive Quality of Life.”
